Rule 65
The
committee for registering the mortgages should keep a record of all the mortgages and all the expenses that have a special effect on the property of the corporation in a format approved by the Government of Nepal and register such mortgages and other amounts in the relevant department of the Government of Nepal. If there is any consideration in such mortgage and other amount and if any such amount is paid, the same should be reported to the concerned department of the Government of Nepal on behalf of the corporation.
